Sharif is scheduled to address the UNGA on 25 September, and his speech is anticipated to touch on the Indus Water Treaty and Kashmir. On the following day, 24 September, Trump is slated to meet Chinese President Xi Jinping in Washington. Negotiations may also address a potential reduction in reciprocal tariffs on approximately $30 billion worth of goods.
